It is mandatory for all riders to purchase equipment from us before they start delivering. Rider equipment can be purchased both in our rider hubs and online. However, if you choose to purchase your equipment online, it will cost an additional $10.

Yes, it is mandatory to purchase your rider equipment. You cannot start your shift without it.

Why do I need this equipment?

The foodpanda rider equipment has been designed for safety, security and hygienic purposes of you and your customers. The rider equipment will keep you and the food you’re carrying protected all throughout your shift.

You can purchase your rider equipment in all of the rider hubs.

Which set do you recommend?

The Enhanced Set has everything you need to begin your shift; however, the Premium Set is more complete for all weather conditions.

Do I need to make an upfront payment?

Yes, you would need to pay at the hubs before collecting your equipment.

Can I request for a refund?

I am new, but I have friends and/or relatives who have the equipment. Do I still have to buy?
