- Applicable for rider tips from 31 Oct – 2 Nov 2024 only.
- The entire tip amount goes to our riders
- Applicable for online tips made through the foodpanda website or app only
- Customers’ eligible tip is capped at $6, and the final Double Tips payout is capped at $12 per order (e.g. max $6 customer tip + $6 foodpanda Double Tip = $12 total per order)
- All Double tip payments will be made 14 working days after the end of the campaign.
