We’re constantly finding new ways for our riders to earn more. ? That said, from April 19 onwards, all riders will start receiving pandago customer-to-customer (pandago C2C) orders. 

What is pandago?

pandago is an islandwide on-demand delivery service that allows users to deliver anything that fits into our riders’ bags. 

pandago C2C (Customer-to-Customer) is a type of order under pandago that enables foodpanda customers to send anything to anyone. 

Examples: 

  • Customer A wants to send a gift to her friend 
  • Customer B wants to send food to Customer C 
  • Vendor A wants to send special items to Customer E

Identifying a pandago C2C order

pandago C2C (Customer-to-Customer) Orders: 

✔ Pick-up location is usually from a residential area, but this can vary. 

You can easily identify a pandago C2C order by looking at your Accept/Reject screen. All pandago C2C orders have “pandago parcel delivery” stated below the pick-up details. 

✔ All pandago C2C orders have the order code starting with “pgo-xxxxxx” 

pandago B2C (Vendor-to-Customer) Orders: 

Pick-up location is usually from a store/vendor. 

✔ Order code: xxxx-xxxxxx (6 digits after the dash) 

Regular Orders: 

✔ Pick-up location is from a registered foodpanda store/vendor. 

✔ Order code: xxxx-xxxx (4 digits after the dash) 

Delivering a pandago C2C Order

Delivering a pandago order is similar to delivering a regular order. The only difference is that, for pandago orders, you will be picking up the orders from various locations and not just vendor premises. 

✔ To contact the sender of the parcel, you simply need to refer to the number under the “parcel sender details”. 

✔ To contact the recipient of the parcel, you simply need to refer to the number under “order details”.

How will I know if it’s a pandago order?

There are 2 types of pandago Orders: 

  • pandago B2C Orders (Vendor to Customer) – Order Code: xxxx-xxxxxx
  • pandago C2C Orders (Customer to Customer) – Order Code: pgo-xxxxxx

The customer receiving the parcel is not responding, what should I do with the order?

Kindly wait for 10 minutes, then reach out to rider support to cancel the order. You will then be promoted with instructions on your rider app (Ex: Return item, continue with other deliveries etc)

Can I opt out of receiving pandago deliveries?

No, you cannot. We’ve designed pandago to give our riders more chances to increase their earnings. You should make the most out of it. ?
