Apply for your foodpanda corporate account via the application email sent (tagged to rider ID) and search your inbox for the email title: Confirm Your Work Profile Now 📲

Scan the unique QR code* > log in with your existing foodpanda account, or create an account on the foodpanda app > confirm your information.

Upon successful registration, please wait for the activation email. Account activation will be done every Friday, and you will receive a notification email once account activation is done.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why did I not receive the activation email?

To enjoy the complimentary pandapro subscription, riders have to fulfil the criteria – be an active rider (at least 1 order per month). In this case, you are either a new joiner or a rider who has recently returned to the platform but is inactive. Please check your email at the Friday of the following month. E.g. order completed on 20 July > check your inbox on Friday evening, first week of August for the activation email.

If you are an active rider and have not received the email the following month, an invalid email such as gmial.con etc may have been provided. In this case, please reach out to corporate@foodpanda.sg.

If you are an active rider but have not received the activation email in the following month, please reach out to foodpandasgriders@deliveryhero-asia.freshdesk.com.

I have created a corporate account, but my pandapro is still not activated.

Account activation is done every Friday, and you will receive a notification email once account activation is completed. If that particular Friday is a public holiday, the activation will happen on the next working day.

Why can't I see my pandapro subscription on my foodpanda app after activation?

Your pandapro account is tagged to the corporate account. Please switch accounts on the foodpanda app > ≡ > Switch > Corporate
