Special Daily New Joiner Incentive
Exciting Ramadan incentives! Get an additional $20 per day, for up to 30 days! T&Cs apply:
- Only orders done between Mar 7 – Apr 23 will be eligible.
- E.g. If you join on Apr 17, only orders done from Apr 17 – Apr 23 will be eligible for this incentive.
- The incentive is only valid for riders who join between Mar 07 – April 23 and within 30 days of account creation. The special new joiner incentive will cease after 30 days of account creation or 23rd April 2023, whichever is earlier.
- E.g. If you join on Mar 07, only orders done till Apr 6 will be eligible for this incentive.
- The payout for the special new joiner incentive will be sent to your wallet by the following Friday, on a weekly basis.
- E.g. If you join on Mar 7, payment will be made by the following Fri, Mar 17. This incentive is in addition to all other ongoing incentives.
New Joiner Incentive
- The counting of the days starts on the day of the onboarding.
- The new joiner incentives are calculated on a rolling basis. Once you have completed your orders within the timeframe specified above, your incentive will be credited into your rider wallet the week after, on, or before Friday. (Eg: You completed your orders on Thurs CW 50, you will receive your incentive by Fri CW 51) You can withdraw the amount 48 hours after.
- Students get 50% off the original price of rider equipment sets if they purchase at the hubs. Students must flash a valid student card upon purchase.
