Payment Cycle

Your service fees are tabulated daily at the end of your session and are credited into your rider wallet the next day. See the section below to understand how you can cash out your service fees. 

Your service fees from the day before will be credited into your rider wallet the next day and you can cash this out after 48 hours. And even more great news – you can cash out once a week for FREE ($0.50 for every succeeding cash out) 

Example: 

• Nov 18 – Completed 10 orders for the day
• Nov 19 – Orders completed on Nov 18 will be credited into your rider wallet. You can cash this out within 48 hours.
• Nov 21 – You can start cashing out your earnings.

In foodpanda, some of the orders you’ll be delivering will be paid in cash via Cash On Delivery (COD).

If you’ve correctly linked your PayLah! account with us, you may keep the cash you’ve received during the delivery and we will automatically deduct this amount from your PayLah! Account. 

If your PayLah! Account has an empty balance or was not correctly linked, you will be warned and subjected to certain consequences such as suspension or termination. 

Do’s

• Do double check the amount you’re required to collect
• Do enter the correct amount in your rider app upon collection of the cash from your customer 

Don’ts

• Don’t enter the amount collected in your rider app if you have not physically collected the cash from the customer.
