Yes, it is mandatory to purchase your rider equipment. You cannot start your session without it.

Why do I need this equipment?
The foodpanda rider equipment has been designed for safety, security and hygienic purposes of you and your customers. The rider equipment will keep you and the food you’re carrying protected all throughout your session.

Which set do you recommend?
The Enhanced Set has everything you need to begin your session; however, the Premium Set is more complete for all weather conditions.
Do I need to make an upfront payment?
Yes, you would need to pay at the hubs before collecting your equipment.
Can I request for a refund?
No, you cannot. Rider equipment purchases are final.
I am new, but I have friends and/or relatives who have the equipment. Do I still have to buy?
