Your Application Process
To get started, create your profile here.
Next, fill in your personal details and submit your relevant vehicle information.
- Selfie
- Gender
- IC no.
- IC photo – front & back
- Bank details
- Screenshot of bank information
- Emergency contact
Lastly, acknowledge our service agreement. And you have completed your application!

Click here for examples of acceptable screenshots that we require for the approval of your account. By submitting the correct screenshots, the time taken to approve your account will be much faster.
While waiting for application approval
Feeling lost on what to do after submitting your application?

- Resubmit any documents (if requested)

Navigate your rider app
Learn how to use the rider app and prepare yourself for your very first order!
You can do the following with your rider app.
- Book a session
- Check for ongoing quest you’re eligible for under the “Quest” tab
- Check your earnings under the “Payment” tab
- Raise ticket through rider support
- Self update some of your profile information under “My Profile
